M.G. Polyblends manufactures and supply high quality and effective wax based masterbatches and pigment concentrates. We have developed these masterbatches specially for virgin and reprocessed HM-HDPE based blow moulded containers and barrels. These wax base masterbatches and pigment concentrates produce excellent gloss and shining on the final product.

The mono color / pigment concentrates usually contain very high percentages of hard to disperse pigments such as phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, azo red etc. They gives a spec/spot free color shades in blown film, thin injection moulding parts at very less dose level. Due to this these masterbatches are highly economical in use.

We supply superior quality micro color masterbatches for PVC. In these masterbatches, the pigments are dispersed in PVC compatible low molecular weight polymer to the finest possible particle size. The micro color PVC masterbatches supplied by us are known for their excellent dispersion in final PVC rigid applications. These micro granules are absolutely dust free and free flowing.

We have developed high quality color micro-granules, which contain PET compatible low molecular weight polymers as a career resin. It also contains some specialty dispersing agents, processing aids and stabilizers. These masterbatches have no effect on the I.V value of polymer and so there is almost negligible variation in the thickness as well as on the strength of bottles.

We supply superior quality and highly effective masterbatches for styrenics and engineering plastics. We have produced these masterbatches in carrier rasin such as HIPS, SAN, PET, PC etc. These are highly suitable for applications like computer cabinets, electrical switches, refrigerators, automobile components etc.

Our collection of Rotofoam Masterbatch contain blowing agents, which are properly dispersed in a poly-olefin resin along with some specialty chemicals. It helps in creating a very fine cell structure in three layer Rotomoulded LLDPE tanks. This foam middle layer acts as a insulator and as a result of which water or other liquids remains cool during summer and vice versa.
